Services and Amenities Services and programs at Crestview Health Care and Rehabilitation are designed with the resident in mind and include a care plan tailored to the well-being of each individual. As part of our comprehensive restorative nursing program we offer nutritional and appetizing meals prepared under the supervision of a registered dietician. Church services are held regularly, and an in-house beauty salon helps keep residents looking their best. Several pets, including fish, birds and a dog are constant sources of affection and pet therapy for our residents.

While many of our residents require only general nursing care, we also provide such complex medical services including cardiac care, diabetic care, dialysis support, IV therapy, pain management, respiratory services, stroke care and wound management. We also offer hospice care.

Therapy is a major part of daily life at Crestview Health Care and Rehabilitation, as we strive to help each resident reach his or her maximum potential and, if possible, return to a more independent lifestyle. We offer:

• Physical therapy: - Programs to improve functional mobility, strength, coordination to increase independence with bed mobility, transfers and ambulation.
• Occupational therapy: -  Programs to improve functional activities such as eating, bathing, dressing and cooking.
• Speech therapy: - Programs to improve functional communication and swallowing skills.
