THM-managed skilled nursing facilities.
Rehab America,
founded in 1998 has treated tens of thousands of patients thanks to
the hard work and dedication of more than 250-therapists.

Under Annette's direction,
Rehab America
has grown from approximately 20-therapists to our current size,
treating more and more patients every day.
What we do...
We provide team-focused therapy services to our
31 THM-managed skilled nursing facilities and 3-outpatient clinics
located in middle and western Tennessee and our 1-SNF in Huntsville,
Alabama.
Sue Dolleris is our In-House Recruiter for
Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational
Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Speech-Language
Therapists. Sue, based in our Nashville office, has worked for
Nashville-area healthcare leaders: HCA, IASIS Healthcare and
Community Health Systems.
